So you've passed your test or you are already licensed, here's the next steps!

Ask your mentor to send you Symmetry Onboarding Application (take 10 minutes to fill out)
Book a Check point with Emmie Williamson (Baseshop Manager) - schedule link
Ensure you do the AML WebCE course mentioned in the Onboarding Application - Click Here to do it (Only $15)
After Symmetry approves your application and sends HQ login - Complete HQ "Summit" Course (3 hours)
Complete SureLC steps to get your 8 carriers (you will receive information after your license comes in)
Instructions are on slide 5 of the Agent Handbook (link)
Ask Emmie Williamson or your mentor for a planning session, 30-60-90 day goal
Write a Mutual of Omaha Accidental Policy on yourself ($10-15/mo) so you know how to write BEFORE helping clients

Talk to Emmie Williamson (Baseshop Manager) and buy your first leads (do this the same week you finish HQ "Summit" Training)

I wanted to introduce myself with a short overview so that you can have a better idea of who we are!
We have been partnered with Symmetry Financial Group (SFGlife.com) since Aug 2018. My wife Christine and I work this business together and we have an agency of 100+ team members.

We have lived in the great state of Texas for 25+ years. I have been married to my wife and best friend for 25 years and we have two beautiful daughters ages 20 (yes, they are twins) and a son age 30 who also works with us at Symmetry. I have experience in technology, sales, and leadership from a 30+ year technology career.
My wife, Christine, is a Director for a large charter school management company as well as a part-time life insurance broker at Symmetry.
Together we have personally seen tragedy hit families and we have seen the value of mortgage protection, debt freedom and life insurance. We have also seen the loss of a loved one with no protection and the toll that takes on a family for the rest of their lives. This has made us passionate to help the families we call on each week and to build a team of like minded team members who want to build their legacy as well.
